Spicy Squash Soup

Makes Approx. 3-4 Servings
You’ll need:
1 small butternut squash (about 1 lb.)
1-2 Tbsp. Thai peanut sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fat-free salad croutons
